15+ Posture Desk Setup Tips That Transform Your Workday

15+ Posture Desk Setup Tips That Transform Your Workday

This list is for anyone who sits at a desk all day and ends it with a stiff neck. Beginners, renters, busy people, all of you are covered here, lol!

You don’t need a fancy office overhaul to feel better by 3pm. Most of these ideas use things you already own or something cheap from the office supply aisle.

I scrolled through way too many desk setup pins while putting this together. The ones that made the cut are the ones that actually work at a regular desk, not some dreamy home studio.

Some of these are about how you sit. Others are quick stretches you can sneak in between emails.

The list is organized so you can fix your setup first, then loosen up the tight spots after. Read through once, then just pick two or three to start with.

No special equipment required for most of it! Just five minutes and a willingness to stop slouching, haha.

Backrest Angle For Posture

Reclining too far back all day is just as rough on your spine as sitting straight up stiff as a board. Somewhere around one hundred to one hundred ten degrees is the sweet spot most experts recommend.
