I spent years training intensely in the gym (5-6x per week) and building a strong, defined physique.
While I loved fitness, I eventually realized that the constant pressure to improve – switching between cutting and bulking, tracking my meals and trying to optimize every detail – just wasn’t sustainable for me.
At Zoviera I document my journey toward a calmer and more balanced way of staying fit.

My relationship with fitness has changed a lot over the years.
After changing my approach to more sustainable movement and focusing on simple habits, I gradually lost around 33 pounds and started feeling much more balanced and energized.
Today I feel lighter, more flexible and much more mentally balanced than during my intense gym years.

On Zoviera, everything I share comes from real life.
Most articles are based on routines, habits and little experiments I’ve actually tried myself. Whenever something genuinely works for me, I like to write about it and share the lessons I learned, the mistakes I made and how to actually implement it.
And if I change my mind or learn something new, I go back and update the article. Generally, I regularly go back and improve posts when I discover better approaches, adjust my routines, or gain new insights around fitness and everyday wellness.
