About Me

Hi, I’m Luna, the creator of Zoviera.

I started Zoviera because my relationship with fitness, routines and my everyday lifestyle habits has changed a lot over the years. What began as a very intense, structured fitness journey slowly turned into a much calmer, more sustainable, and honestly much more enjoyable lifestyle.

I also started noticing in my own circle of friends how present this topic is for so many women.

That’s one of the main reasons I decided to share my journey as openly, transparently and honestly as possible – the things I’ve learned along the way, how I stay fit today and what my routines actually look like now

My Background

For several years, fitness played a very central role in my life.

I trained in the gym five to six days per week, followed structured weight lifting and strength programs and built a strong and defined physique.

During those five years of intense training, I learned a lot about:

  • training and weightlifting structure
  • progressive overload and consistency
  • nutrition habits and meal planning
  • long-term routine building

But I also experienced the other side of that approach.

Like many people who get deeply into fitness, I eventually found myself caught in a cycle of constant optimization:
Cutting and bulking phases, strict tracking and the pressure to always improve.

While that mindset can be effective in the short term, I eventually realized it wasn’t the kind of lifestyle I wanted to maintain forever.

The Turning Point

At some point I started asking myself:
What kind of routine can I realistically sustain for the rest of my life and actually want to?

That question changed everything for me, because it was the moment I slowly started changing my lifestyle toward simpler habits that brought me more joy, more flexibility and a much deeper sense of fulfillment – instead of the constant pressure and comparison I had started feeling more and more.

Today my routine looks very different from my early gym years.

Instead of extreme training schedules, I focus on:

  • daily walking
  • Pilates and comfortable movement
  • balanced meals
  • routines that reduce stress instead of adding more pressure

Interestingly, once I adopted this calmer approach, many things started improving naturally. I gradually lost around 33 pounds, felt much more mentally balanced and found it far easier to stay consistent.

But the most important change for me is that this lifestyle feels so much more sustainable. I barely feel any pressure or stress around fitness anymore. Instead, I try to live much more in tune with my energy levels, my cycle and what my body actually needs.

Why I Created Zoviera

I created Zoviera because I noticed that many people – I also notice that with my cycle of friends – experience a similar need for a slower path in terms of their fitness and health.

A lot of fitness content online focuses on intensity, optimization and discipline but real life often looks different.

So many of us actually crave routines that fit into:

  • busy schedules
  • changing energy levels
  • everyday responsibilities

What I try to do on Zoviera is show what sustainable fitness and balanced living actually look like over time and how you can do that as well. That includes the habits that worked, the ones that didn’t and the small adjustments that made routines easier to maintain and I share all these things based on my own experiments, tests and experiences.

My Approach to Content

Everything I publish on Zoviera follows one simple principle
I only write about things I have personally tried, tested or researched in depth.

Most articles are based on:

  • routines I’ve followed myself
  • habits I’ve experimented with
  • frameworks I’ve refined over time

Whenever something genuinely works for me, I share it together with:

  • the mistakes I made along the way
  • the adjustments that improved the routine
  • the practical steps that made it easier to implement

If I learn something new or change my perspective, I update the article accordingly.

Where Style Fits Into This

Another interesting thing that happened during this transition was how much it influenced my personal style.

As my lifestyle became calmer and more balanced, I naturally gravitated toward clothing that felt comfortable, intentional, high-quality and easy to wear.

Today I also place much more importance on the right materials, sustainability and pieces that actually last for years.

That’s why styling guides also became a big part of Zoviera. Over the past few years, I’ve spent tons of time learning about this and paying close attention to what materials are actually sustainable, breathable and sweat-proof and I genuinely enjoy sharing those experiences, reviews and learnings here as well.

That’s how style became part of Zoviera and nowadays, I share a lot about:

  • athleisure styling ideas
  • comfortable everyday outfits
  • capsule wardrobe inspiration
  • practical outfit formulas

What You Can Expect From Me

If you follow me here on Zoviera, there are a few things you can always expect from me.

First, I try to be as honest and transparent as possible when I share my experiences. I don’t present routines as perfect or pretend that everything works immediately. Instead, I document what I actually tried, what worked, what didn’t and what I learned along the way – and I also document as much of it as I can with my own images.

Second, I focus on practical routines and habits you can actually implement – even when you have a busy schedule. Most of what I share is meant to be simple enough that you can realistically and easily integrate it in your lifestyle.

And third, I’m constantly learning and improving my routines, which means I regularly go back and update articles when I discover better approaches, refine my habits or gain new insights.
